With over 30 years’ experience in the acoustical ceilings and construction industry, Houston Interiors found a true gem when Lester Hudson joined our team in June of 2017. As our Vice President of Operations, Lester keeps Houston Interiors running like a well-oiled machine. He does in-depth reviews of projects with our Estimators, especially on our specialty jobs, handles our safety training and certification process, and will visit our active job sites to ensure a successful project; all while looking down the road and preparing the Project Managers for oncoming variables. He also works with our foremen and our guys on the leadership track, training them up to have more responsibilities. As Operations Manager, Lester is a member of our executive team and his years of experience are a constant aid to the decision-making process of Houston Interiors.

When its all said and done and Lester Hudson gets to hang his hat for the day, he returns to his truest self: a husband and a family man. Lester and his wife of 38 years live in Houston, Texas and though their two adult sons are married and starting families of their own, they will never quite get used to the empty nest. They are, however, very excited to have just welcomed their second grandchild into the world. Outside of an enormous heart for his family, Lester loves to fish and will take any chance he can get to spend a couple hours in the morning casting out from a good dock.
